Payment & Refund Policy

Enrollio enables schools to collect tuition and fee payments online through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Enrollio is currently operating in Stripe's test mode, so no real charges are currently being made through the platform.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Enrollio does not store full card numbers or payment credentials.

Refunds for tuition, fees, or any other charges are governed by the policy of the institution a student or parent is enrolled with, not by Enrollio directly. Enrollio provides the technology that allows a school to record payments and issue refunds or waivers within the system, but the school sets and is responsible for its own refund terms, timelines, and eligibility.

If you believe a payment was made in error or you are requesting a refund, contact your institution's billing or finance office directly. They will process the request according to their own policy and can use Enrollio to record the outcome.

This policy, like the Privacy Policy above, is a working draft written for Enrollio's current test-mode stage. It should be reviewed by an attorney and finalized before Enrollio processes any real payments.
