Privacy Policy
Enrollio is a software platform built to help schools manage students, parents, billing, admissions, and related records. This Privacy Policy explains what information Enrollio collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Enrollio is currently in development and operating in a test environment. No real student, parent, or payment data is processed in production at this time. This policy will be reviewed and updated as Enrollio moves toward a live launch with real institutions and real users.
Information we collect may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, academic records, attendance records, billing and payment records, and documents uploaded by staff, students, or parents. Payment information such as card numbers is never stored by Enrollio directly, it is handled entirely by Stripe, a payment processor that meets industry security standards (PCI DSS compliance).
We use this information to operate the platform, including managing enrollment, grades, attendance, billing, and communication between schools, students, and parents. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Access to student and parent data is restricted by role. Staff accounts, parent accounts, and student accounts each see only the information they are permitted to see, enforced at the database level.
Enrollio intends to align with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) requirements for any institution using the platform in the United States, and will evaluate GDPR requirements if Enrollio expands to serve institutions outside the United States.
If you have questions about this policy or about your data, contact the institution you are enrolled with, or reach out to Enrollio directly.
This policy is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. It should not be treated as a final legal document until that review happens, which will be completed before Enrollio processes any real user data in production.
